It is a Yemeni non-profit organization established on March 8, 2003, in the city of Tarim, Hadhramaut, under an official license from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. The organization seeks to achieve excellence in charitable work and promote social solidarity through various programs and projects that serve the most needy segments of society.

Its work focuses on the areas of humanitarian relief, health, education, advocacy, social work, and water and environmental sanitation. Its most prominent projects include distributing food baskets, supporting patients with medication, combating blindness, sponsoring orphans and people with special needs, digging wells, and building mosques. During 2024, thousands of individuals benefited from its services. The organization distributed more than 6,846 food baskets, performed 200 eye surgeries, and supported more than 6,500 beneficiaries in education. The organization is committed to the values of humanity, honesty, neutrality, institutionalization, partnership, excellence, and cooperation.
